Renewable Energy

We manufacture prototypes and production components for solar, wind, and energy storage systems. This includes custom brackets and enclosures for solar panel installations, gearbox components for wind turbines, and durable housings for battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Oil & Gas

We CNC machine high-strength, corrosion-resistant components for downhole tools, valves, and fluid control systems. We have experience with demanding materials like Stainless Steel 316L, PEEK, and other alloys that can withstand harsh environments.

Energy Sector FAQ

What materials are best for outdoor electrical enclosures?

For plastic enclosures, a UV-stabilized Polycarbonate or ASA is an excellent choice. For metal enclosures, Aluminum 6061 with a powder coat or anodized finish provides a durable and highly corrosion-resistant solution.

Can you machine parts for explosive environments (ATEX)?

We can manufacture components to your exact specifications from materials suitable for explosive environments (e.g., anti-static plastics, non-sparking metals). However, the final ATEX certification for the complete assembly must be handled by the customer.

What information do you need to quote a complex energy component?

A complete technical package is ideal. This includes a 3D CAD model (STEP file), a 2D drawing specifying all materials, critical tolerances (including any GD&T), surface finishes, and any required testing or certification (e.g., material certs, CMM report).
