The Right Process for Every Plastic Part

We offer a full spectrum of plastic manufacturing processes, ensuring your part is made with the optimal balance of speed, cost, and quality.

CNC Machining Plastics

Ideal for prototypes and low-volume production where high precision and excellent surface finish are critical. We machine from solid blocks of production-grade thermoplastics like ABS, Polycarbonate, Delrin (POM), Nylon, PEEK, and Acrylic.

  • Best For: Functional prototypes, tight tolerances, superior surface finish.

3D Printing Plastics

The fastest way to get physical plastic parts. Perfect for early-stage concept models, complex geometries, and functional prototypes where design freedom is paramount. We offer SLA, SLS, and MJF.

  • Best For: Rapid iteration, complex shapes, no tooling cost.

Injection Molding Plastics

The most cost-effective method for high-volume production. Once the tool is made, thousands to millions of identical parts can be produced rapidly with very low per-part cost. We offer rapid tooling for bridge production.

  • Best For: High volume, lowest per-part cost, integrated features.

A Wide Range of Engineering Plastics

We work with a comprehensive selection of thermoplastics and elastomers, each offering unique properties to meet your application's requirements.

  • General Purpose: ABS, Polypropylene (PP), HDPE, HIPS
  • High Performance: Polycarbonate (PC), Nylon (PA), POM (Delrin), PEEK, Ultem (PEI), PSU
  • Transparent: Acrylic (PMMA), Polycarbonate (PC), PETG, Clear Resins (SLA)
  • Flexible/Elastomeric: TPU, TPE, Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)

Custom Plastic Parts FAQ

What is the best way to choose a plastic material?

Consider the primary function of your part (e.g., strength, flexibility, clarity, heat resistance). Then, consider the production volume to determine the most cost-effective manufacturing process. Our material guides and engineering team can help you narrow down the best choices.

Can you add a custom color to my plastic parts?

Yes, we offer various coloring options. For prototypes, parts can be painted to match any RAL or Pantone color. For injection molded parts, custom colorants are mixed with the raw resin to create parts with "molded-in" color.
